The value of the
overall picture
through a financial plan

I want my assets:

  • to maximise growth
  • and give me security for my retirement
  • and I can live well off it (preferably now)
  • and not leave my life partner out in the cold if I die or become incapacitated first
  • and I can possibly give a boost to my children (now or later)

Therefore, I put together a financial plan so that I know what to allocate from my assets to what purpose. So together with my financial planner, I do asset planning >>

As my retirement approaches, I want to:

  • get a view on when I can retire,
  • what my income will be,
  • how to use my retirement capital (savings, investments, insurance, real estate) for additional income,
  • knowing whether I will be allowed to continue working and what the consequences of this will be,
  • and what to prepare for if something happens to me.

I therefore review the whole situation with my financial planner and together we draw up a plan for retirement/pension planning >>

Because I know that for a good succession there is best thorough preparation, I look with my financial planner at:

  • what I want goes to what I want,
  • how I can make that optimal (as little cost as possible, as much security as possible),
  • what then is the best structure for my assets,
  • and I know what consequences that will have for me and my life partner.

Therefore, I put together an inheritance plan so that I can optimise my assets for that. So together with my financial planner, I do succession planning>>

But my planner can do more for me than just planning.

I want to be helped to execute that planning. So I ask my planner for guidance >> in all the actions of the plan.

And when my planning is done, I want it to be followed up:

  • I want to know periodically whether I am meeting my targets
whether there are any changes I need to make,
  • whether my investments are yielding what I had in mind,
  • and whether I need to adapt to changes in my personal situation.

That is why I have regular appointments with the financial planner to follow up on my plan>>

With the financial plan, my financial planner knows my situation, wishes and goals.

Just because this is taken into account, the planner is the ideal person to assist me in other financial decisions – either as a sounding board or as an advisor. And because my planner is independent, the advice is in my best interest.

The planner helps me to choose the best solution >>.

Why should I work with Personal Finance Planners?

Independent advice & support

I only want advice if the adviser does not sell me products for which he is commissioned.
My financial planner must be approved by the FSMA as an independent financial planner.

My plan is a real plan and not a document to put in a cupboard. So my financial planner is happy to make time to guide me in its implementation.

In all domains

I want a multidisciplinary approach: my personal situation is analysed in detail, and from a tax, legal, financial and social point of view.

I want an overall view on all aspects of my assets, together with personalised advice.

Tailor-made

My plan is written specifically for me, tailored to my personal situation, my wishes and my goals.

But it remains my personal plan and therefore there is room for my specific questions here.

Experience

My financial planner has extensive experience in the financial world.  Well-known experts from the network are called if necessary and if I wish so.

Discretion

My financial planner guarantees complete discretion in processing my personal data.

Correct & integrity

My financial planner always puts my interests first and I must always be able to trust him.

I would like a non-binding introduction
