Guidance on implementing the financial plan

Once the financial plan is ready, the action plan will also be discussed with me. It covers all the planned actions that will need to be carried out according to the advices I want to follow.

In my planner’s approach, there is clearly room for guidance in this. The plan is there to be used.

My planner helps me if I notice that things may go differently than planned,. And if questions arise during implementation (e.g. a property investment is more expensive than expected, what should I put in my lasting power of attorney, how do I put the right conditions in a gift, how do I determine the beneficiary of my insurance policies, how do I analyse the different investment proposals…), my planner guides me :

  • preparing deeds, reviewing and correcting deeds (real estate, gifts, sales, care proxy/lasting power of attorney,…),
  • analysing and weighing investment proposals against each other,
  • building a financial plan for a new company,
  • developing articles of association for a private partnership,
  • defining the necessary guidelines for the accountant in view of a liquidation, transfer or withdrawal,
  • helping with the dealings with a notary, lawyer or appropriate financial services provider.

Each time and if necessary, my financial plan will be updated to reflect the new circumstances so that I always have the latest information for my decisions.

A lot of guidance is already included in financial planning. For specific guidance, an hourly rate applies after discussion and quotation. No travel time and expenses are charged.

I would like a non-binding introduction
